Ascent of St Rumbolds Tower

What better way to see Mechelen and the surrounding are than fro the skywalk at the top of the tower! As you make your way up there, you will hear, see and feel the history of the city from the belly of the belfry. Anyone can climb the tower's 538 steps during opening hours. The number of visitors is limited. Reservation is advised and obligatory for groupes.

For individual visitors: 

Thursdays to Tuesdays: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. | the last ascent is at 4.20 p.m.

closed on Wednesdays

every 20 minutes you can start the ascent (maximum 20 pers.)
